Returns

All of our products are new in box and fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with any product for sale at Tiger GPS. The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer, in most cases up to one year.

Tiger GPS offers a generous return policy to ensure total customer satisfaction:

As of the day Tiger GPS ships your order, we offer an Extended Holiday return policy on all items unless otherwise noted on the individual product page. Your return must be shipped back to us by January 13th, 2012, or your return will be refused. After the return period, customers must contact the manufacturer for direct return or repair information.

Tiger GPS will exchange defective units and parts to the customer with no restocking fees. Customers seeking to return for a refund, not exchange, defective items will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Customers may also replace defective items with other items of equal or greater value with no fees; you are not obligated to replace with the same model.

For unopened items, there is no return fee to receive Tiger GPS store credit or exchange for another item of equal or greater value, but to receive a refund there is a 5% restocking fee.

For opened, non-defective items (excluding software), there is a 5% fee to receive Tiger GPS store credit, or a 10% fee to receive a refund.

Please note: All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and all accessories. For this reason, units that have been installed, cracked, severely scratched, abused, or that are missing the original UPC code on the box will not be accepted for return or credit and must be returned directly via the manufacturer. In addition, any software, including pre-programmed datacards, that have been opened can only be returned directly to the manufacturer. Extended warranties that have been opened or registered may not be returned (you may contact the manufacturer and transfer it to another product, however). We can only offer a refund using the form of payment originally used by the customer.

Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! Before you send merchandise back, please be sure to check that you have not left any of your own memory cards or other accessories in the unit.

To Return product(s) to Tiger GPS, please email our customer service department at info@tigergps.com to receive return instructions via email or fax.

Please Note: Tiger GPS cannot be held responsible for packages until they are delivered to us, so please use a trackable and insured means of shipping (UPS or Fedex) or at get Delivery Confirmation and insurance with USPS priority mail. For most returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. For all international returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for freight both ways.  For domestic customers exchanging defective merchandise only, Tiger GPS will reimburse ground shipping fees if you send us your shipping receipt, up to $7.95. Please note that Tiger GPS cannot issue any other types of shipping refunds.

Please check your order as soon as it is received.  We allow only 48 hours from time of delivery to make any claims for missing or damaged items.  If your package arrived open please check contents before you accept the package.  Inform delivery personnel of any problems. If you do not receive your order within 30 days of receiving our shipment notification email, please be sure to contact us by the 30th day after shipment so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and reship your order. Unfortunately Tiger GPS cannot be held responsible for claims of non-receipt past 30 days after shipment.

Once we receive your return we will ship your replacement or process your credit within 3-5 business days. When returning an item, please do not initiate a chargeback with your credit card company. We will credit your card for your return, and a chargeback will only delay processing of your return. We vigorously work with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute the fraudulent use of credit cards.

If there is a dispute of any kind, we will work with the customer to achieve a fair resolution. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. Should you have any questions about returning a product or the status of a pending return, please do not hesitate to email info@tigergps.com.
