The flashlight was used several times during the two years it hung from the outlet - then it didn't work. It was easy enough to take apart and determine one of the cells is bad. I looked everywhere on the net and cannot find a replacement. There is no reason they couldn't use a comomon rechargeable AA battery. If this light is intended to be a throw-away, it should be totally sealed and cheaper.
