The product was what I wanted - Only the cord was not as long as the original which is a pain in one of my cars. Before purchasing make sure they don't have a longer cord available.

the cable adapter that I received actually worked better on my StreetPilot2720 than the one that came with it! The attachment to the Garmin unit was a more secure fit and the speaker is better.

My purchase was more or necessity. Rather than keep switching my Garmin plug-in speaker from vehicle to vehicle, I utilize the second plug-in according to my needs. It works great and have had no product problems.
