The GPS V is one versatile navigator that delivers automatic routing, detailed mapping and WAAS capability — all in a compact handheld GPS. It comes with the MapSource City Select CD, which gives you access to detailed street-level maps with locations of restaurants, hotels and other services. Use the GPS V to look up a location and it will automatically calculate a route and guide you to your destination with turn-by-turn directions and audible beeps that alert you to upcoming turns. You can even switch the display from horizontal, for mounting on a bike or a vehicle dash, to vertical for handheld use.

	Map Page When you've told the GPS V to route you to a particular destination, the map page displays a highlighted route line. Text at the top of the screen provides turn-by-turn directions to guide you there.
	Map Page Basemap detail includes cities, highways, interstates, exit listings, lakes and more. With downloaded data from the included CD, you'll get business and residential streets with automatic routing and address lookup, plus listings of restaurants, hotels, shopping, entertainment and much more.
	Upcoming Turn Page As you approach a turn, the map page automatically changes to show a focused view of the upcoming turn.
	Turn-by-Turn Directions As you're navigating a route, you can view a list of upcoming turns along with the remaining distance and time.
	Exit Services Listing The GPS V displays available services at U.S. interstate exits. You can select a listing and view even more detailed information.
	Trip Computer The trip computer displays helpful navigation information such as trip odometer, stopped time, moving time and overall average. Data fields are user-configurable.
	Hunt and Fish Feature A built-in calendar shows you the best times to hunt and fish based on location and time of year.
