nuvi 260W comes ready to go right out of the box with preloaded City Navigator NT street maps, including a hefty points of interest (POIs) database with hotels, restaurants, fuel, ATMs and more. Simply touch the color screen to enter a destination, and nuvi takes you there with 2D or 3D maps and turn-by-turn voice directions. In addition, nuvi 260W accepts custom points of interest (POIs), such as school zones and safety cameras and lets you set proximity alerts to warn you of upcoming POIs.

This I would say is the best bang for the buck, I use for work doing audits, even tho it dosent hold a route, I type all 40 jobs in POI, and let the GPS take me from one poi to another, also garmin works with mapquest and goolge maps, if it dosent have, you can add it with those to websites. NEVER GET LOST AGAIN.

I wanted to express how much I LOVE MY GARMIN NUVI 260W GPS. I have always had the fear of getting lost and never being able to find my way home again. Garmin has changed my life. There is no place I cannot go now and feel secure and safe while driving. I have no sense of direction so my Garmin has been my "life saver".
