Every 60 seconds, the GPS-Buddy servers receive information about your vehicle's location, speed, and status. The information is then available on the Internet through your online account. The data may be viewed at anytime on any device with internet access.

You need a GPS-Buddy web services subscription.

This subscription let you track online the vehicle movements in real-time and access the historical activity data. Included in this GPS-Buddy subscription is the monthly cost of the mobile data card.

Easily linked with in-house management software systems

The GPS-Buddy API provides an interface with your software applications. This makes it possible to display vehicle activity data on your company's internal software. GPS-Buddy provides software packages for tailor-made reports, data transmission, or call management.

What GPS-Buddy CONNECT can do for you

• Track - Easily locate your entire fleet in real time on a clear and interactive map. At a glance you have access to extra information like speed, ignition on/off, etc. With GPS-Buddy Search you are able to allocate the nearest vehicle to a new job in a few seconds 'responding to customers' needs instantly and doing more jobs during the day.
• Manage - Reports on deliveries of packages to specific clients can be generated on demand, for specific days or periodically. With a mouse click you'll have access to hours driven, stop durations and stop locations – as part of daily, weekly or monthly reports (in different file-formats: HTML, Excel, PDF, CSV).
• Monitor - If you have vehicles left in locations where security could be an issue or have time of working hours set, parameters set for unauthorized vehicle use (through GPS-Buddy Geo-Fencing) could let you receive alerts via email and/or SMS-text to mobile phone when breached. It's easy to monitor all vehicles and drivers. At a glance you can see when drivers start and finish work.
• Plan - When an emergency occurs or a new job comes in, you can immediately match each vehicle's location and the driver who is best placed to take the job. You can easily optimize the routes of the vehicles and the rotation of your vehicle journeys - efficient vehicle use is very important to achieve necessary fuel and time savings.
• Message - Easy and cheap two-way communication between office and driver should be your top priority – simple and quick messaging reduces mistakes and makes it possible to allocate the right job at the right time. Forget expensive mobile phone charges – sending and receiving text messages in the vehicle (just created or through a template) is made easy and inexpensive. When a driver needs assistance, the office is just a tap [on the screen] away.
• Navigate - With a normal text message from your PC you can send tasks with navigation coordinates direct to drivers – after having accepted the task they will automatically be routed to your customer's doorstep. All your drivers have access to easy-to-use navigation software from the world's biggest provider of navigational systems - Garmin. With many systems (from standard screens to big screens) to choose from, every vehicle requirement will be catered for.
