Q: How many Golf Courses can I save into my Bushnell Golf GPS?
A: Bushnell Neo Will hold 10 golf courses at one time. Since files are stored on your computer you can easily swap course file's on and off the unit as needed.

Q: Will I lose my maps once my 1-year contract it up?
A: No, all the maps that you have downloaded onto your computer from the website will be yours to keep after the 1-year contract. You will not need to renew your account to continue using these golf courses. Now if you would like to download additional courses after the 1-year is up, you will need to renew your membership.

Q: How accurate is my Bushnell Golf GPS?
A: The Bushnell GPS are as accurate as any other golf GPS in the market (+/- 2 yards).

Q: What is the advantage of using the Bushnell Golf GPS over a laser rangefinder?
A: With the Bushnell Golf GPS, you can determine the distance to objects that are not in your line of sight. The Bushnell can provide you with distances to the green that are difficult to get with lasers. With rangefinders you can over shoot the green, and struggle to hold the rangefinder steady. With the Golf GPS you get immediate feedback; you won’t have to worry about holding up play.

Q: How many rounds should the battery last?
A: Under normal conditions, a full charge should last about three average rounds of golf. (16 Hours approx.)

Q: How do I create a Bushnell Golf account?
A: To create your Bushnell Golf GPS account you will need to go to www.bushnellgolf.com

Q: How often are your Golf Courses updated?
A: We never stop. Our course mapping department is constantly contacting golf courses to confirm their information is current, and whether or not they have renovated or changed any holes.

Q: Is the Bushnell Neo device waterproof?
A: The Bushnell Neo is weather and water resistant. Light or brief exposure to water will not affect the performance of the device. The Bushnell Neo should not be submerged under water. (If you're golfing underwater, you're either merpeople, or have bigger problems.)

Q: GPS Credits vs. Mapping Credits
A: The GPS credits included with a paid membership to iGolf.com are used to download pre-mapped golf source files. Each unique GPS Course file you download requires one credit. Repeated downloads do not require additional credits. There is a limit of 25 downloads in a 24 hour period. If a golf course is not pre-mapped, you may use a Map credit to request the course be added to our database. To submit a request, locate the golf course in our data base and select Request from within the GPS courses section of iGolf.com

Q: How many golf course files can be stored on the Bushnell Neo?
A: 10 golf course files can be saved to your Bushnell Neo, but the files are stored on your computer, you can easily swap course files on and off the unit as needed.

Q: Am I able to replace the Neo internal rechargeable battery?
A: The internal rechargeable battery is encased within the sealed shell off the Bushnell Neo. Any attempt to gain access to the battery will result in damage to the device and void the manufacturer’s limited warranty. If the internal battery in your device requires service, please contact Bushnell Technical Support.

Bought mine from Tiger GPS and received it in two days and great price. Downloaded courses and played last week. Worked great and realy helps. Right now plotting of courses is accurate. Recommend to anyone wanting to help their game. Helps you to fine tune your distances on each club.

I got the IGolf a couple of weeks ago and this is the best GPS evice for the cost. No frills and it tells you everything you need for distance control. My partner has a $400 Bushnell, and I got the same yardage for 1/4 of the cost.

Bought this unit due to price. Very useful. I am 60 yrs old and do not hit it long, but was able to save 7 strokes off the game on my home course. Used Paypal and had absolutely no propblems. 35 dollar fee is reasonalble for 100 course downloads. Great buy.

I got the IGolf Neo for Christmas it works great. Light weight and tells you exactly where you are. I have not had any problems with it. Much cheaper then any other GPS untis I could find.

Got igolf GPS in November. Used it one time during the month without any problems. Knowing my distances without looking for markers on the course helped me to complete my round faster. Would recommend this for anyone looking for an inexpensive GPS unit.
