Great product to use. Excellent service from TigerGPS. The only problem is there is not enough cable included to mount the antenna on top of the radar arch, and not enough sounder cable to reach from transom to dash for a 33' cruiser. Trying to obtain extension cables from Lowance was an exercise in frustration. The customer service from Lowrance was terrible. It took a week to answer email inquiries, which only included a customer service phone #, and did not answer the original question. The customer service phone did answer the question, after being on hold for 55 minutes on two seperate occasions. They could not supply extension cables for 4-6 weeks. Found them elsewhere online.

I'm just starting out as a charter captain using my own 24' boat and I needed to upgrade my electronics, so after shopping around I found Tiger GPS had the best prices and largest selection of units. The LCX-28C unit I purchased is an awesome unit, the cristal clear display, the ease of instillation, and the extreamly user friendly programmable screens make this unit an incredible buy.
