The new Lowrance GlobalMap 7200C replaces the GlobalMap 6500c. It includes a new LGC-3000 GPS antenna and new wiring capabilites, including the ability to be a radar, video or weather display as part of a LowranceNET system.

The GlobalMap 7200C boasts the same 7" display, networking and GPS chartplotter performance features as the GlobalMap 7300C HD, without the built-in hard drive. Features newly-expanded built-in background map of the continental U.S. and Hawaii with greatly enhanced marine detail. Waterproof memory card slots are compatible with a superb variety of high-detail, plug-&-play electronic chart options including FreedomMaps, Fishing Hot Spots PRO, LakeMaster ProMaps, NauticPath USA & International and Navionics electronic charts.

Excellent screen and overal construction. Conectors are all weather proof and very sturdy even though they are plastic. Would like to see background maps updated more often, only about every 5 to 7 years. Great unit for mapping off-road, that is what it was purchased for.
