Great high quality unit but had some issues... ok where do i start. i bought the unit online and it came with a different car and home charger than what originally came with unit. you can only use the unit while charging if you use the Mio brand chargers, otherwise, if you dont use the OEM chargers, it will charge but you cant use the damn thing because the screen will lock up in a "PC Sync" mode. i called Mio and they said that this is a known issue and i have to use the Mio brand chargers... the bluetooth is great, believe me, only if you can find a phone that works with it. my samsung sch-a930 works but not my LG vx8300??? be careful with that. ive never had a problem with the computer voice volume but the bluetooth speaker volume sucks. POI is difficult to use because you cant just type in one buisness, you have to scroll through... and the unit has locked up on a specific area before and would not recognize where i was at!!! it said GPS unit lost? unit otherwise is packed full of great "potential" features, but Mio still has some kinks to work through this one... hopefully their future units will improve...

Unit is easy to use. It is a bit slow sometimes meaning the screen is slightly behind the vehicle. Has taken me to 3 places that were miles from the address i entered

To the point, I have found it to be a great device! All the features work without any issues. I'm impressed by how fast it recalculates when I go off route. The only issues I have is the speaker volume at max is still low in comparison to other models and why can't we in the US get the device holder with integrated speaker (with better sound). Other than those issues, its the best out there. Garmin hasn't touched the price of this little jewel with all of its features.

First of all, the manual sucks. You must hunt and peck to find out how to use it well. It feels and looks like quality. The screen is very good. The routes it picks are the absolute worst. You will have to put in some VIAs to get a decent route. I did not get a disk with mine and I emailed the co. this morning but have not heard back as of yet. The text to speech is like most computer voices, everything is mispronunced. I would turn the sound off but street names are not too easily seen when it is near the windshield. I do not use the split screen so as to make the map larger. I have a motorhome but use the DeLorme program on my computer there. My Verizon Gzone phone will not connect with it. You can indicate to it you are in a bus but it still takes you on the same sorry route. I did a lot of research but don't know if others are any better.
