I found that this PN-20 was the best GPS mapping unit for the price. The package deal was a great offer too hard to turn down. Good signal strength, nice display, fairly easy to use. My order took 4 days to get to me on the standard ground. Nice documentation on the unit. The refurbished unit was perfect. Highly recommend this unit and this Web Site. Would definitely would buy more products from this site.

If you have done your research, and the PN-20 is what you want, buying it at the refurbished price is the way to go.

Mine arrived in record time (2 days), and came out of the box like it had never been touched. All manuals, software disks, batteries, etc. were included, and the unit works as advertised.

I will admit, I had some suspicions about TigerGPS (price too good to be true?), but I love my PN-20, purchased at a great price. Since the price was so good, I opted for the extended warranty, now I can take it to Best Buy for service (really! read the fine print!), which is fantastic in its own right.

If you want a PN-20, do not hesitate to buy the refurbished. Seriously.
